Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how One Spot Roster (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the app on your iPhone or iPad. In short: the app works offline, does not require an account and does not collect, sell or share your personal data.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. The app has no sign-up, no login, no analytics, no advertising and no third-party tracking SDKs. We do not use the App Tracking Transparency framework because we do not track you.
Data stored on your device
Your progress, settings, statistics and any images you add are stored only in the app's private storage on your device. This data is never uploaded to our servers. Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also clear it at any time using the reset option in the app's settings.
Device permissions
The app may ask for the following permissions. Each one is optional, requested only when you use the related feature, and can be changed at any time in iOS Settings:
- Camera — only when you choose to take a photo to set a team logo or player portrait.
- Photo Library — only when you choose to pick an existing image to set a team logo or player portrait.
Images are processed and stored locally on your device. They are never transmitted to us or to any third party.
Support requests
If you contact us through our support page, we receive the email address, reason and message you enter. We use this information only to reply to your request and keep it no longer than necessary to resolve it. We do not use it for marketing and do not share it with third parties.
Children's privacy
The app does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through the support form, contact us and we will delete it.
Data security
Because your game data stays on your device, it is protected by the security features of iOS, such as device passcode and encryption.
Your rights
You control all data the app stores: you can delete it through the in-app reset or by deleting the app. If you have contacted support and want your message deleted, send a request through the support page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
